  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on company performance to support strategic decision-making.

  11. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Modeling Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Forecasting Processes.
