Financial Analyst - Compensation & Expense Analysis

Develop and evaluate options to meet criteria and objectives set forth by the businesses, including balancing the proper metrics and levels of pay for various individuals at different pay levels. Manage and authenticate data elements that are mined and utilized to derive the calculations that are paid quarterly to the wholesaling sales organization, including validating the calculations and reviewing/reporting on the results to management. Model consultant team sales incentive compensation plans to align with product team and sales initiatives. Build financial models to design and scenario test changes to our compensation plans. Perform analysis of sales and expense results Nationally, Regionally and by Territory to identify trends that will help Sales Managers quickly address issues/potential issues impacting sales results. Preparation of daily, monthly and annual budget and sales reports for all sales teams
