- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of New York Life's field service operations.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the field service team.
- Ensure all field service activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze field service data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of field service operations.
- Train and coach field service team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for field service operations.
- Create and maintain reports on field service performance and present findings to management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve field service operations.
- Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed about company updates and changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Act as a liaison between field service team and other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Or Operations Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Field Service Operations And Processes, Including Scheduling, Dispatching, And Equipment Maintenance
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Interact With Clients And Field Service Representatives.
