In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our field service operations.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of New York Life's field service operations.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the field service team.
  3. Ensure all field service activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze field service data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of field service operations.
  6. Train and coach field service team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for field service operations.
  9. Create and maintain reports on field service performance and present findings to management.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
  11. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise in the field service process.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve field service operations.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  14. Foster a positive and professional work environment for the field service team.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities and expenses.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve field service operations.
  17. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed about company updates and changes.
  18. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  19. Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  20. Act as a liaison between field service team and other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Or Operations Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Field Service Operations And Processes, Including Scheduling, Dispatching, And Equipment Maintenance

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Interact With Clients And Field Service Representatives.
