  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and financial institutions to promote New York Life products and services.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the financial industry.
  4. Conduct presentations and trainings to educate financial advisors on New York Life products and services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely sales processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  7. Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  8. Represent New York Life at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on New York Life products and services, providing support and guidance to financial advisors.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance to management.
  12. Stay compliant with company policies and regulations while conducting sales activities.
  13. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry changes.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for New York Life, promoting the company's values and mission to clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
