- Recruit and hire top-performing agents for the Tacoma GO team.
- Train and develop agents on products, sales techniques, and industry knowledge.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Create and implement development plans for each agent to help them reach their full potential.
- Set and track performance metrics for agents and the team as a whole.
- Collaborate with other managers and teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies for business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages growth, learning, and success.
- Identify and address any performance issues or areas for improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with HR to address any employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of New York Life's products and services to effectively support and train agents.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand and values.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training and development programs to meet the changing needs of the industry and the team.
- Act as a role model for agents by demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent New York Life in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Team Management And Leadership.
Knowledge Of The Insurance And Financial Services Industry.
