Cyber Security Associate
Serves as a subject matter expert and resource to other business and technology professionals across the organization. Responsible for ensuring timely processing of access and termination requests for internal resources as needed, including coaching other personnel in the process. Reviews business and project provisioning requests to ensure compliance with policy and operational requirements. Assists with potential changes and approaches to security, in consideration of costs, performance issues, risks and business needs. Participate in IT project process, accounting information security-specific work and projects until completion. Identifies security process gaps across the organization that would benefit from improvement. Manages and reports status and results of current vulnerability scanning and remediation activity.
3-5 years of network, systems, and/or cybersecurity or related experience with demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Understanding of information security principles and mechanisms
Familiarity with information security controls commonly used in corporate environments
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and SAFe agile processes a plus.
