We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a CVP for Life, Investments, and Annuities Suitability and Sales Standards. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance when making important financial decisions. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge and understanding of the life insurance, investment, and annuity industry, as well as a commitment to upholding the highest sales standards.   1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the life insurance, investment, and annuity industry to stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all sales practices and suitability standards are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide guidance and training to sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to review and approve marketing materials and sales proposals.
  5. Monitor and review sales transactions to ensure adherence to suitability and sales standards.
  6. Investigate and resolve any complaints or concerns related to sales practices or suitability issues.
  7. Educate clients on the features and benefits of life insurance, investment, and annuity products, and assist them in making informed financial decisions.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and transactions.
  9. Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between sales representatives and upper management to provide updates on sales performance and any compliance issues.
  11. Continuously assess and improve internal processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on industry developments.
  13. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any potential compliance issues.
  14. Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are conducted with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.
