- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all sales practices and suitability standards are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to review and approve marketing materials and sales proposals.
- Monitor and review sales transactions to ensure adherence to suitability and sales standards.
