- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the AI and Data division in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and data scientists to drive the development and launch of innovative and market-leading products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends in the insurance industry and incorporate them into product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
- Oversee product roadmap and prioritize feature development based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards related to AI and data analytics and ensure products meet all necessary requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to stay informed of market needs and trends.
- Manage product budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient and timely product development and launch.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization to drive a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Extensive Experience In Ai And Data: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Ai And Data, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In This Field. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Data Analytics.
Leadership And Strategic Vision: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably As A Director Or Vp. They Should Have Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans For Ai And Data Products, As Well As Managing A Team Of Product Managers And Data Scientists.
Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business Side Of Ai And Data, Including Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitor Landscape. They Should Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Product Development And Effectively Communicate The Value Of Ai And Data Products To Key Stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: While The Role Is Primarily Focused On Product Management, The Candidate Should Have A Technical Background And Be Able To Understand And Communicate With Data Scientists And Engineers. Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Data Structures, And Cloud Computing Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Present Product Plans And Updates To Senior Leadership And Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Other Teams, Such As Marketing And Sales, To Drive Product Success.
