We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as the Corporate Vice President of Life Valuation Reporting & Data Lead.   1. Develop and execute the reporting and data strategy for the Life Insurance business.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and data experts to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for business decisions.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and data management.
  5. Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses to senior management.
  6. Continuously review and improve processes for data collection, validation, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for financial reporting and data analysis.
  8. Identify and implement technology solutions to improve data management and reporting processes.
  9. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory agencies.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies and initiatives.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our reporting and data capabilities.
  13. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates and insights on financial performance and data trends.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and operations to ensure accurate and relevant data reporting.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Life Insurance Valuation And Reporting: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Life Insurance Valuation And Reporting, With At Least 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In The Industry. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Actuarial Principles, Reserving Methodologies, And Financial Reporting Standards.

  • Leadership Skills: As The Corporate Vice President, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Valuation And Data Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Mentorship, And Drive Team Performance.

  • Data Analytics Expertise: In Today's Data-Driven World, The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Large Sets Of Data Is Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Data Analytics Skills, Including Proficiency In Statistical Software And Data Visualization Tools.
