  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for IT Service Management (ITSM) process solutions to support the overall business objectives of New York Life.
  2. Provide strong leadership and direction for the Asset Configuration Management process, ensuring that it aligns with industry best practices and meets the specific needs of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and understand business requirements for ITSM process solutions, and translate these requirements into actionable plans and initiatives.
  4. Lead a team of IT professionals to design, develop, and implement effective ITSM process solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services and support.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for ITSM processes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
  6. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ITSM, and provide thought leadership and guidance to senior leadership on their potential impact on business operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements related to ITSM processes, and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the ITSM team, encouraging creativity and new ideas to drive positive change and growth.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in support of ITSM process solutions.
  10. Represent New York Life at industry events and conferences, sharing knowledge and insights on ITSM process solutions and building relationships with other professionals in the field.

  • Extensive Experience In It Service Management (Itsm) Process Design And Implementation, With A Focus On Asset Configuration Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Itsm, Including Itil And Cobit.
