  1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement for New York Life's Marketing Central Modernization department.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals in the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives.
  3. Drive transformation and innovation in marketing processes, leveraging technology and data to optimize performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations for performance.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve department goals.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging new ideas and approaches.

  12. Drive a culture of accountability and results, setting and monitoring KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  13. Act as a change agent, championing new ideas and driving change management initiatives to improve processes and performance.
  14. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance marketing capabilities and improve efficiency.
  15. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the department, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
