  1. Lead the development and implementation of design strategies that align with New York Life's business goals and enhance the company's brand identity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design strategies are in line with overall corporate objectives and brand guidelines.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design, and incorporate them into New York Life's design strategies.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality and impactful design work.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external design agencies and vendors to support New York Life's design needs.
  6. Oversee the creation of design assets, including print and digital materials, for various marketing and communication initiatives.
  7. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for design-related decisions.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for design innovation and differentiation.
  9. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all design projects and materials, maintaining a strong brand identity for New York Life.
  10. Monitor and track the success of design strategies and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement design-related training and development programs for employees.
