  1. Lead and develop a team of data scientists to drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement data strategies to support business goals and improve customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights and patterns in large and complex data sets.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and recommend innovative approaches to improve data analysis and modeling.
  6. Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  7. Oversee the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  9. Collaborate with other leaders to develop and maintain data governance policies and guidelines.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our data capabilities and promote thought leadership.
  11. Develop and manage budgets and resources for data science projects.
  12. Adhere to and promote ethical and compliant data practices.
  13. Communicate and present data findings and insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  14. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure data processes and practices are in compliance.
  15. Continuously assess and improve data processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics And/Or Data Science, With A Focus On Financial Services Or Insurance Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Data-Driven Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Improve Operational Efficiency.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Data Scientists And Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
