- Oversee the day-to-day operations and support of critical applications to ensure their stability, availability, and performance.
- Lead a team of technical professionals to effectively manage and troubleshoot any production issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for application support and operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any application-related issues or bugs.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Itil Processes And Best Practices For Incident Management, Problem Management, And Change Management.

Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative And Productive Work Environment.
