  1. Develop and implement advanced planning strategies and initiatives to drive growth and success for the organization.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on complex financial and estate planning matters.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of advanced planning professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of advanced planning strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to advanced planning, and make recommendations for adjustments to strategies as needed.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks in the advanced planning landscape.
  7. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals, to promote the organization's advanced planning services.
  8. Monitor and assess the performance of advanced planning strategies and initiatives, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  9. Communicate and present advanced planning updates and strategies to senior leadership and other relevant parties.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement effective messaging and materials to promote advanced planning services.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all advanced planning activities.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, promoting the organization's advanced planning expertise and services.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to advanced planning services to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the organization's values and standards in all interactions and activities.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues and team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Advanced Financial Planning And Wealth Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Designation Or Other Relevant Industry Certifications.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Comprehensive Financial Plans For High-Net-Worth Clients.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Financial Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
