  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the brokerage call center.
  8. Maintain all necessary records and documentation related to trades and client interactions.
  9. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Keep confidential client information secure and adhere to all data protection policies.
  12. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Trading Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Stock, Bond, And Other Financial Markets, As Well As Experience In Executing Trades And Managing Investments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In A Call Center Environment: The Senior Representative Trader Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Call Center Representatives, So Previous Experience In A Call Center Or Customer Service Role Is Essential. The Candidate Should Also Have A Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Series 7 And 63 Licenses: As A Brokerage Call Center, New York Life Requires All Senior Representative Traders To Hold The Necessary Licenses To Trade Securities. The Candidate Should Have A Valid Series 7 And 63 License, Or Be Willing To Obtain Them Upon Hire.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Senior Representative Trader Will Be Responsible For Managing And Coaching A Team Of Call Center Representatives, So Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Trading Strategies And Market Updates To Their Team, As Well As Provide Guidance And Support When Needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Related Field: While Not A Strict Requirement, A Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or A Related Field Can Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Trading Principles. It Can Also Show A Commitment To The Industry And A Willingness To Continuously Learn And Improve.
