Strong Understanding Of Benefits Technology: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Benefits Technology Solutions, Including Hris, Benefits Administration Platforms, And Other Related Tools.
Experience In Benefits Consulting: Prior Experience In Benefits Consulting, Specifically In The Design And Implementation Of Technology Solutions, Is A Key Qualification For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Technology Projects Within The Benefits Space.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations: A Benefits Technology Consultant At New York Life Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Benefits Technology. This Includes Knowledge Of Hipaa, Erisa, And Other Relevant Laws And Regulations.
