
Associate, Zone Prospecting Consultant
Drive, support and monitor New Org Prospecting activity throughout the General Offices in which the Zone Prospecting Consultant is responsible for Train Field Managers on core prospecting competencies so they can help New Org Agents increase their number of weekly sales appointments. Gather and report data from our Salesforce CRM and other proprietary data analytic tools. Create prospecting content to be delivered to Field Managers and Agents. The Agency operation also comprises teams charged with growing our business in key market segments, including the middle-income market, the advanced (high-net-worth) market, select cultural markets, and the women’s markets. Agents sell individual life insurance, individual annuities, and long-term care insurance products, as well as mutual funds.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient with digital tools (e.g., use of CRMs, navigating social media pages)
Able to analyze week to week/month to month New Org Agent prospecting activity and trends
