Associate, Operational Reporting

The purpose of this role is to provide accurate standardized and ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and analyses to internal customers within NYLD Insurance Operations. This role will use MicroStrategy, SQL queries (Toad, SQL Workbench), and other tools and applications. Work with internal IO customers (technical and functional) to gather requirements. Develop, design, and generate dashboards and reports for internal IO customers, taking highly complex information and presenting it in a logical, intuitive format. Develop ad-hoc queries, datasets, and analyses requested by internal IO customers Perform quality assurance on all work to ensure data integrity and consistency Present outcomes to key business stakeholders. Help automate business processes and migrate existing operational databases from MS Access to the data warehouse. Manage priorities while maintaining high productivity levels.
