  3. Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of need and create strategic giving plans.
  5. Manage the company's foundation budget and ensure proper allocation of funds.
  6. Track and report on the progress and impact of philanthropic initiatives.
  7. Plan and coordinate volunteer events and other community engagement opportunities.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in philanthropy to continuously improve the company's giving strategy.
  9. Represent the company at networking events and public speaking engagements.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Non-Profit Management, Philanthropy, Or Social Work.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Grantmaking Or Non-Profit Program Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting Processes.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
