Design and develop emerging learning solutions for Field Management & Leadership Development Programs. Associate Partner, Partner Development, GO Mastery, Field Leadership Institute and Field Leadership Institute Elite. Evolve existing learning experience: assess and translate needs, and recommend optimal, hybrid learning solutions acknowledging modernization opportunities around content and media assets, engagement and interactivity and knowledge and skill development. Build, create, design, write and technically develop new learning experiences in support of field management and leadership competencies, business deliverables/objectives & performance goals. Accept responsibility for eLearning development stages: content analysis, storyboard development, prototype development, course submission and measurement/optimization. Create and/or convert content into a visual, multimedia experience, leveraging graphics, motion graphics, audio and visual design skills, for delivery and distribution at program workshops, conferences, meetings and via NYLIC University.
