
Associate, Digital & Paid Search Marketing
Manage the execution and performance of the Paid Search program, with a focus on increasing ROI and overall sales and lead volume. Partnering with our Agency, drive the strategy, test plan and growth agenda across other digital media channels, such as Paid Social, Display and YouTube. Implement manual and automated bidding techniques targeted at achieving CPA/CPL goals Conduct competitive and keyword research, testing new segments and keyword categories. Based on account audits and analyses, make recommendations to increase campaign performance (e.g., day-parting, geo-targeting, audience segmentation, etc.). Stay on top of and keep the team updated on industry trends and search engine changes and opportunities.
5+ years’ experience managing Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms
Experience with Paid Search and Facebook campaign management platforms, such as Marin Software, required
Demonstrated ability to create ad-hoc reports and create actionable insights from the data
