Developing enterprise and business corporate development strategy that is aligned with their respective strategic priorities. Fundamental research, data gathering and analysis of sectors, products, and businesses in support of strategy and corporate development process. Identifying and sourcing of potential targets and strategic partners. Supporting relationships with banks, other advisors, and potential counter parties. Organizing and performing due diligence. Developing internal capabilities to execute corporate development and M&A initiatives, including producing appropriate playbooks. Determining appropriate valuation and impact on key enterprise and business metrics. Developing communications to senior management and Board on strategy and merits / considerations of specific opportunities.
