At New Balance, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to create a positive and customer-focused shopping experience. Our Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring that the store meets all operational, customer service, and sales goals.The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service and the drive to pursue a career in retail and management. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and sales goals.
  2. Inspect store merchandise and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise when needed.
  4. Train and supervise staff on customer service and operational policies.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a pleasant and efficient customer experience.
  6. Identify and resolve customer service issues promptly.
  7. Analyze sales reports and take corrective action when needed.
  8. Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
  9. Ensure all store employees are performing their duties correctly and in accordance with company policies.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
