IT Functional Analyst – Sales Forecasting & Inventory Planning

New Balance is looking for a highly motivated and talented IT Functional Analyst – Sales Forecasting & Inventory Planning to join our Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to create and implement forecasting and inventory planning solutions that will help us stay ahead of the competition. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, an ability to problem solve and a desire to make a difference. To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with SQL, software development, and inventory management systems.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a customer-centric approach to problem solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and maintain forecasting and inventory planning solutions
2. Utilize SQL, software development, and inventory management systems to streamline processes
3. Create and manage system documentation, training materials and user guides
4. Provide technical support to internal customers
5. Analyze existing systems and develop strategies for improvement
6. Monitor system performance and recommend changes when needed
7. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
8. Monitor customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of solutions
10. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the IT and industry
11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
12. Maintain a customer-centric approach to problem solving
13. Keep management apprised of any issues or changes to existing systems
