EDI Analyst

As an EDI Analyst, you will use Sterling Integrator and Cleo Harmony to set up and modify Integration requirements for both internal and external partners. You will support retail, logistics, and supply-side EDI. You will log and track transactional and system issues for historical research and identify recurring issues for training opportunities and system enhancements. Document processes and procedures using flow charts and written documentation as part of Standard Operating Procedures. Design, develop, test, modify and document EDI X12 and proprietary flat file documents and application maps as required. Coordinate solutions to system related problems that effect EDI trading partners. Audit and reconcile daily EDI document processing as required.
