Associate Provisioning Coordinator

This position is in place to handle all fallout for BPO customers in the business space and consists of handling Number Port, Directory Listing, e911, LIDB/CNAM, PIC fallout as related to commercial accounts. Accurately interpret LSR’s, CSR’s, DSR’s & SOA for residential and business accounts. Manually Provision LSR’s, CSR’s, DSR’s & SOA for residential and business accounts. Resolve ILEC/CLEC rejects and work with the ILEC/CLEC to ensure smooth order completion. Daily communication and interaction with ILEC & CLEC’s. Maintain and update various databases for ILEC & CLEC process changes Work on expedites. This requires monitoring orders via GUI or email and effectively resolving issues for customers.
