
Workday Learning Administration Analyst

- Administer and maintain the Workday Learning platform, ensuring all training and development activities are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create relevant and impactful learning content.
- Monitor and track employee training progress and completion, providing regular reports to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the learning platform, escalating to the appropriate parties as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to learning and development, and make recommendations for improvements to the learning platform.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees, as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new learning initiatives and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all learning activities and materials.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on how to use the learning platform and access learning resources.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with all training and development requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of the learning platform to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
- Communicate updates and changes to the learning platform to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for all questions and inquiries related to the learning platform.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall learning and development strategy of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Workday Learning Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Learning Management Systems And Hr Technology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience With Training And Development Program Design And Implementation.
