Responsibilities:

1. Identify training needs across the organization and develop comprehensive training plans to address them.
2. Design and develop high-quality training programs and materials for a variety of audiences.
3. Deliver training and development programs to employees in a variety of formats, including classroom instruction, web-based learning, and on-the-job training.
4. Monitor and evaluate training and development programs to ensure they are achieving desired results.
5. Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in the field of training and development, and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant progress and evaluation data.
7. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to facilitate their learning and development.
