Training Specialist

Nelnet is seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with the knowledge and experience to create and deliver professional training programs to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be able to analyze and prioritize training needs.The Training Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of educational programs, workshops, and seminars. They will also be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to support the development of training materials and programs. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deliver educational programs, workshops, and seminars.
2. Conduct research and analyze data to support the development of training materials and programs.
3. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and success.
4. Develop and implement training programs based on identified needs.
5. Assess training needs and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Create and maintain training materials, including resources, manuals, and documents.
7. Facilitate classroom instruction and online training sessions.
8. Provide one-on-one and group training as needed.
9. Track and update training records.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
