Nelnet is searching for a highly-motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing tests to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. The successful candidate must have a passion for creating and maintaining high-quality products and be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.To be successful in this role, the Quality Assurance Analyst should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, they must have an in-depth understanding of testing methodologies and practices. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, and be proficient in SQL and scripting languages. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tests to ensure the quality and accuracy of products.
Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to identify and resolve any issues.
Maintain high-quality standards for products and services.
Ensure proper documentation of all quality assurance processes.
Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics and KPIs.
Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure products meet requirements.
Analyze and document test results and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Create and execute automated tests using scripting languages and SQL.
Maintain familiarity with Agile methodology.
Utilize automated testing tools to optimize quality assurance processes.
