We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team at Nelnet. In this role, you will be responsible for the evaluation of existing products, systems, and services to ensure they meet our desired quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in software testing. If you have a passion for quality assurance and are excited to join a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and have at least three years of experience in software testing. You should have a working knowledge of quality assurance best practices and be comfortable with both manual and automated testing. Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing products, systems, and services to ensure they meet desired quality standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance best practices.
Perform both manual and automated testing of software applications.
Identify bugs and document results of tests.
Participate in the software development process to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Monitor software performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain records of test results and generate reports.
Stay up to date with developments in the software testing field.
