Quality Assurance Analyst

Nelnet is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, services, and processes. We are seeking a professional who has a passion for anticipating and resolving issues, is a team player, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a quality assurance role, solid problem-solving skills, and experience in software testing. 1. Develop and execute software test plans and test cases to ensure quality of products, services, and processes.
2. Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
3. Monitor and report on product quality and process performance.
4. Collaborate with developers and customer support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
5. Develop and maintain test plans and test cases.
6. Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
7. Analyze test results and provide feedback and recommendations.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
9. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
10. Remain current on trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.
