At Nelnet, we’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have a thorough understanding of the product lifecycle, as well as experience in customer and market analysis. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and launching innovative products that meet customer needs.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in product management. In addition, they should have a good understanding of product development, product marketing, and customer service. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Develop product strategies that meet customer needs.
Analyze customer and market trends to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Research and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement product pricing strategies.
Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain product documentation.
Provide customer service and technical support.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
