Nelnet is seeking a highly motivated Pathway Intern to join our Workday team and gain valuable insight into the inner workings of a successful company. As a Pathway Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas, including implementation, support, and maintenance of Workday modules.   1. Assist in the implementation of Workday modules by participating in project meetings and completing assigned tasks.
  2. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday functionality.
  3. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing Workday processes and procedures.
  4. Conduct research on industry best practices and provide recommendations for Workday system enhancements.
  5. Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a strong understanding of Workday functionality and processes.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather requirements and ensure a smooth integration of Workday processes.
  7. Support end-users by providing timely and efficient resolutions to their inquiries and issues.
  8. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and projects.
  10. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Work collaboratively with team members and contribute ideas for process and system improvements.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of all Workday data and processes.
  13. Complete all assigned tasks and projects within given timelines and meet all deadlines.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and team spirit.
  15. Take initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Education Requirement: A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Relevant Work Experience: At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Setting, Preferably In Hr Or Data Management.

  • Proficiency In Workday: Strong Knowledge And Experience Using Workday Hcm And/Or Financials, Including Creating Custom Reports, Managing Security Roles, And Troubleshooting Issues.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Vendors.
