A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. In addition, the candidate should have a working knowledge of operational processes and business strategy. 4. Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
5. Establish performance standards and objectives for operations staff.
6. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
7. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
10. Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure they are within allocated limits.
