Loan Servicing Specialist

Nelnet is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with excellent customer service and organizational skills to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of loans, process loan payments, and provide excellent customer service to loan holders. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks, this is the job for you!To be successful in this role, you must possess at least two years of loan servicing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong problem-solving skills.
