Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the loan servicing process.
Monitor customer loan accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment of loans.
Maintain records of customer loan information and ensure accuracy of loan documents.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers regarding their loan servicing needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure loan servicing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Utilize loan servicing software to process and track loan information.
Generate periodic reports related to loan servicing activities.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.
