Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A successful Loan Servicing Specialist must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems.The Loan Servicing Specialist must have at least two years of experience in loan servicing, along with a strong understanding of the loan industry and related regulations. A college degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
