We are looking for an experienced Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver top-notch service to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. You should also have at least two years of experience in loan servicing and a thorough understanding of loan servicing operations. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly. Responsibilities:

Manage loan servicing operations, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate service.
Maintain accurate records of loan servicing activities.
Monitor loan activity to identify any issues or discrepancies and take action to resolve them.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan servicing matters in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and problem solve loan servicing issues.
Ensure loan documents are in compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
Analyze customer data to identify trends or opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
Develop and implement training programs for loan servicing agents.
