Nelnet is looking for a highly organized and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and an ability to provide superior customer service.You should have experience troubleshooting technical issues and knowledge of commonly used software applications, hardware components, and network systems. Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers and other team members. • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for a wide variety of hardware, software, and networking issues. • Ensure quality customer service is delivered by providing clear communication and timely responses. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. • Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance. • Research and recommend new technologies to improve solutions. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and other relevant resources. • Provide training and technical assistance to staff members. • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
