
IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Nelnet. This individual will be a key member of our IT Support team and will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our internal and external customers.The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, a strong technical background in IT, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with customers.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of customer service interactions.
- Ensure compliance with Nelnet’s IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system security.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends.
