The ideal candidate should be a passionate, detail-oriented individual with an eye for design, a knack for problem-solving, and an understanding of branding. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in graphic design, along with a portfolio demonstrating their skills in the areas of graphic design, illustration, typography, and digital media. Additionally, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is required. The successful candidate must have a team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

Create compelling visual designs for a variety of digital and print media, including webpages, advertisements, brochures, and flyers.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and create designs in line with Nelnet's brand identity.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, illustration, typography, and digital media.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality graphics, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Stay current on emerging trends in graphic design and digital media.
Work collaboratively and effectively with other members of the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor feedback from stakeholders and make necessary changes to designs as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to graphic design projects.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with external vendors, as needed.
