  1. Develop and implement individualized academic plans for students in need of Title I services.
  2. Conduct regular assessments to identify students in need of Title I interventions.
  3. Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educators to create a comprehensive support system for students.
  4. Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to help students improve academic performance.
  5. Keep accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  6. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and strategies for continued support at home.
  7. Attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices for Title I instruction.
  8. Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  9. Work closely with school administrators to coordinate Title I services and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  10. Advocate for students and their families to ensure they have access to necessary resources and support.
  11. Collaborate with other Title I teachers and support staff to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Title I interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  13. Serve as a role model and mentor for students, demonstrating a passion for education and a commitment to their success.
  14. Actively participate in school and district meetings, committees, and events to promote the importance of Title I services.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, while also building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Teaching Students With Diverse Learning Needs.

  • Valid State Teaching Certification, With Specific Endorsements Or Experience In Title I Instruction.

  • Knowledge Of Title I Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience Implementing Evidence-Based Instructional Strategies For At-Risk Students.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With School Staff, Parents, And Community Partners To Support Student Success.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability, With The Ability To Assess And Adjust Instructional Strategies To Meet The Individual Needs Of Students In A Title I Program.
