- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities office.
- Supervise and train a team of facilities staff, including scheduling and delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to address any facility-related issues and ensure all needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of facility expenses and budget, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any maintenance or safety concerns and take appropriate action to address them.
- Handle facility-related emergencies and coordinate with appropriate personnel to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic among the facilities team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures within the department.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Facilities Management Or Office Management Role.
Experience In Budgeting, Vendor Management, And Contract Negotiation.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Facilities Staff.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Facility Maintenance Best Practices.
