  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
  2. Understand clients' needs and goals and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative solutions.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate them to clients.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving client satisfaction.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to clients as needed.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client retention and expansion efforts.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service at all times and strive to exceed client expectations.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Participate in meetings and trainings to continuously develop knowledge and skills.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
