You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our organization's decision-making processes. We are looking for a creative and organized individual who has a strong ability to interpret data and a passion for finding meaningful insights.To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

1. Collect data from internal and external sources and compile into meaningful reports.
2. Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
3. Interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
4. Develop data models to identify and predict trends and outcomes.
5. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create charts, graphs, and other visualizations of data.
6. Develop and maintain databases to store and track data.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of data collection and analysis.
8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data analysis process.
9. Identify and troubleshoot data issues.
10. Present data and findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
11. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
12. Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
