Job Description

They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide customers with excellent customer service and develop positive relationships with them.
  3. Use problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer issues.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  8. Follow established procedures and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Remain current on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to Nelnet’s mission and values.
