
Customer Service Representative
At Nelnet, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide our customers with an outstanding service experience. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to effectively troubleshoot customer inquiries. They will have the ability to multi-task and be organized in their approach to tasks, as well as demonstrate a positive, professional attitude. Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to all Nelnet customers in a timely and professional manner • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and accurate manner • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed • Monitor customer interaction data to identify trends and provide feedback to management • Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers • Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Remain organized in approach to tasks and customer interactions • Work both independently and as a part of a team-oriented environment • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
