We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service for our customers and this position is integral to our success. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced leader, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction and a drive to exceed expectations.To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years of that experience in a supervisory role. In addition, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience in managing a team and providing coaching and mentoring is also essential. - Resolve customer complaints and escalate if necessary.
- Monitor call center technology and systems and identify issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology.
